Family Law Civil Bill
A Civil Bill is a document that you must serve on the Respondent in order to commence proceedings in the Circuit Court and served on the Respondent
Documents to submit for Divorce, Dissolution of Civil Partnership or Judicial Separation
Documents must be submitted with an original marriage certificate and copy of Legal Agreement (if any)

Affidavit of Means sworn by the Applicant shall be filed together with the Family Law Civil Bill and served on the Respondent. To be be signed by you in front of a commissioner for oath or solicitor
Where dependant children, an Affidavit of Welfare sworn by the Applicant shall be filed together with the Family Law Civil Bill and served on the Respondent. To be signed by you in front of a commissioner for oath or solicitor
Can not be a photocopy
If you have a foreign marriage certificate, not in English, must be translated to English and accompanied by an Affidavit of the translator
If any, photocopy of the Deed of Separation or Judicial Separation
