Serve the Respondent

When you receive the issued documents back from the court office, you will serve a copy of the documents on your spouse, together with:

  • Terms of Consent

    This must be signed by your spouse to give consent to the divorce

  • Affidavit of Means of the Respondent

    Your spouse must also complete an Affidavit of Means
